Cara Pemakanan RASULULLAH S.A.W

Rupa2nya tanpa kita sedar, dalam makanan yg kita makan sehari2, kita tak boleh main balun aje sebab itulah terjadinya penyakit kencing manis, lumpuh, sakit jantung,keracunan makanan dan lain2 penyakit apabila kita telah tua nanti. Apabila kawan2 telah mengetahui ilmu ini, tolonglah ajarkan kepada yg lain2nya. Ini pun adalah diet Rasullulah SAW kita juga. Ustaz Abdullah Mahmood kata, Rasullulah tak pernah sakit perut sepanjang hayatnya kerana pandai jaga pemakanannya sehari2. apa kata kit a ikut diet ini kawan2.

tak payahlah susah2 makan pil untuk kurus? Insyaallah kalau kawan2 ikut diet Rasullullah ini?. Garenti? kawan2 takkan sakit perut ataupun keracunan makanan.

# JANGAN SESEKALI TINGGAL MAKAN MALAM.
SESIAPA YG TINGGAL MAKAN MALAM DIA AKAN DIMAKAN USIA DAN KOLESTEROL DALAM BADAN AKAN BERGANDA.

tapi, kalau tak percaya...

kawan2 cubalaa....... Ianya takdelah dalam jangka masa terdekat nie.... Ianya berkesan bila kita sudah tua nanti. Dalam kitab juga ada melarang kita makan makanan darat bercampur dengan makanan laut. Nabi pernah menegah kita makan ikan bersama susu. Di kuatiri akan cepat mendapat penyakit. Ini terbukti oleh saintis yang menjumpai dimana dalam badan ayam mengandungi ion+ manakala dalam ikan mengandungi ion-, jika dalam suapan ayam bercampur dengan ikan maka terjadi tidakkan balas biokimia yang terhasil yang boleh merosakkan usus kita.

p/s : Sampaikan walau sepatah... Al-Quran Juga ada mengajar kita menjaga kesihatan spt membuat amalan spt:-

Mandi Pagi sebelum subuh @ sekurang kurangnya sejam sebelum matahari naik. Air sejuk yang meresap kedalam badan boleh mengurangkan lemak mengumpul.

Kita boleh saksikan orang mengamal mandi pagi kebanyakan badan tak gemuk.

Rasulullah mengamalkan minum segelas air sejuk (bukan air ais) setiap pagi. Mujarabnya Insayallah jauh dari penyakit (susah nak kena sakit).

Waktu sembahyang subuh disunatkan kita bertafakur (iaitu sujud sekurang kurangnya seminit selepas membaca doa). Ia boleh mengelak dari sakit pening atau migrin.


Ini terbukti oleh para saintis yang membuat kajian kenapa dalam sehari perlu kita sujud. Ahli-ahli sains telah menemui beberapa milime


Dengan bersujud maka darah akan mengalir keruang berkenaan.
Nabi juga mengajar kita makan dengan tangan dan bila habis hendaklah menjilat jari.

Begitu juga ahli saintis telah menjumpa bahawa enzyme banyak terkandung di celah jari jari, iaitu 10 kali ganda terdapat dalam air liur.

Cara Rasulullah Makan

1. Cara makan, kenapa kita gunakan tangan?


Mengikut cara Rasulullah s.a.w, sebelum baginda makan, baginda saw akan mengambil sedikit garam menggunakan jari kecilnya, lalu Rasullah saw akan menghisap garam itu. Kemudian barulah Rasulullah makan makanan tersebut. Mengapa?


Kerana kedua belah tangan kita ada mengeluarkan 3 macam enzim, tetapi konsentrasi di tangan kanan kurang sedikit dari yg kiri. Ini adalah kerana enzim yg ada di tangan kanan itu merupakan enzim yang dapat menolong proses penghadaman (digestion), ia merupakan the first process of digestion. Mengapa menghisap garam?

Kerana garam adalah sumber mineral dari tanah yg diperlukan oleh badan kita.
Dua cecah garam dari jari kita itu adalah sama dgn satu liter air mineral. Kita berasal dari tanah maka lumrahnya bahan yang asal dari bumi (tanah) inilah yg paling berkhasiat untuk kita. Kenapa garam?

Selain dari sebab ia adalah sumber mineral, garam juga adalah penawar yang paling mujarab bagi keracunan, mengikut Dr, dihospital-hospital, the first line of treatment for poisoning adalah dengan memberi Sodium Chloride, iaitu GARAM. Garam juga dapat menghalang sihir dan makhluk-makhluk halus yang ingin menggangu manusia.

2. Cara Rasulullah mengunyah

Rasulullah akan mengunyah sebanyak 40 kali untuk membiarkan makanan itu betul-betul lumat agar perut kita senang memproseskan makanan itu.


3. Membaca Basmalah (Bismillahirrahma Nirrahim). Membaca Basmalah sebelum makan untuk mengelakkan penyakit. Kerana bakteria dan racun ada membuat perjanjian dengan Allah swt, apabila Basmalah dibaca maka bakteria dan racun akan musnah dari sumber makanan itu. Cara Rasulullah minum.

Janganlah kita minum berdiri walaupun ia makruh tetapi ia makruh yang menghampiri kepada haram.


Jangan kita minum dari bekas yg besar dan jangan bernafas sedang kita minum. Kerana apabila kita minum dari bekas yg besar, lumrahnya kita akan meneguk air dan dalam proses minum itu, kita tentu akan bernafas dan menghembuskan nafas dari hidung kita.

Kerana apabila kita hembus, kita akan mengeluarkan CO2 iaitu carbon dioxide, yang apabila bercampur dgn air H20, akan menjadi H2CO3, iaitu sama dengan cuka, menyebabkan minuman itu menjadi acidic.

Jangan meniup air yg panas, sebabnya sama diatas. Cara minum, seteguk bernafas, seteguk bernafas sehingga habis.

The top five cancer-causing foods are:



1. Hot dogs
Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.


2. Processed meats and bacon
Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.


3. Doughnuts
Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. May be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.


4. French fries
Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries.


5. Chips, crackers, and cookies
All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

CANCER-different possible warning signs



There are as many different possible warning signs, as there are different types of cancers; here are some possible symptoms; this is by no means, a complete listing of symptoms. Consult your physician anytime you experience any unusual symptoms.

• Bladder and Kidney: You may see blood in urine, have pain or burning, and increased urination.

• Breast: Lump or thickening of lumps, itching, redness or soreness of the nipples which isn't caused by pregnancy, breast feeding, or menstruation.

• Cervical, Endometrial, and Uterine: Bleeding between menstrual cycles, any unusual discharge, painful menstruation, and heavy periods require consultation with your physician.

• Colon: Rectal bleeding, blood in your stool or changes in bowel habits such as persistent diarrhea and or constipation are warning signs which should be investigated promptly.

• Laryngeal: A persistent cough or a hoarse throat are possible signs you may experience.

• Leukemia:Paleness, fatigue, weight loss, repeated infections, nosebleeds, bone or joint pain, and easy bruising are possible warning signs of Leukemia which should be investigated.

• Lung: A persistent cough; sputum with blood; heavy chest and or chest pain.

• Lymphoma: Enlarged, rubbery lymph nodes, itchy skin, night sweats, unexplained fever and weight loss indicate possible Lymphoma, discuss these symptoms with your physician.

• Mouth and Throat: Any chronic ulcer (sore) of the mouth, tongue or throat which doesn't heal, or white areas in the mouth should be seen by your physician.

• Ovarian: Unfortunately there are often no symptoms until it's in the later stages of development.

• Pancreas: There usually are no symptoms until it has progressed to the later stages when you may notice jaundiced skin and there may be pain deep in the stomach or back.

• Skin: If you have moles that change color, size, or appearance, or flat sores (lesions that look like moles), a tumor or lump under the skin that resembles a wart or an ulceration that never heals, these are symptoms which should bring you quickly to your physicians office.

• Stomach: Vomiting blood or experiencing frequent indigestion and pain after eating, weight loss may indicate stomach cancer... see your physician!
